“A beautiful floral work of art and delicious is an understatement. I would travel back to Albuquerque just for this. Amazing pastry chefs as well. Kind, friendly, helpful and samples offered. They made my trip to The Sawmill and to Albuquerque all the better ❤️??“
“Wonderful selection! Very kind and patient staff!!!! After having an awful experience at another "gluten free" place that only offered one singular GF option. This place was by far worth the drive from Rio Rancho on a Saturday morning. I've only been able to try a couple of the treats this morning and already blown away by the flavors. They had a selection for my entire family to enjoy. Chile cheddar biscuits with a little clotted cream ?. This place is truly a hidden gem.“
“Had the most delightful time at the unicorns and fairies tea party. If you want fancy and formal, this is not it. This is fun and the place for your inner child.Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids to dress up and feel fancy without being too formal. I'd say age 4 to 5 on up.“
“All around an amazing experience! The atmosphere was so welcoming and intimate along every wall is beautiful artwork. I walked around the entire restaurant and restroom, I'd have to say it is one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever been too. My coffee was just what I needed to get my morning going. Our breakfast burritos were the best in town! The empanada's were so delicious they were crispy yet soft and the filling were great it wasn't too sugary. Oh let's not forget about their top tier homemade chocolate chip cookies, these cookies were so heartwarming to me(they reminded me of home). Oscar was so kind and our conversation was so organic and rewarding, he even brought our food out to us. After just one experience here made me a regular.“
“Thank you, yelp reviewers! I am a field traveler and was in an unfamiliar area. Looking for something to eat quickly. This place is a diamond in the rough. It's no wonder that it's crowded. The grilled chicken Vietnamese salad was unbelievable and priced right!“
“This donut shop is the best! I have tried many flavors as well as the breakfast items when breakfast was being served here. There are refreshing drinks served up in mason jars. I had a cucumber mint lemonade, which is the most light & refreshing drink I've ever had. My favorite is the envy mini-donut. It's dipped in melted salted butter and dredged in cinnamon sugar! I can order a donut kween dozen of just envy and I'm satisfied!“
“I started going to Linda's mid-2023 when the cafe had only been open a few month and the hours and staff were very limited but I believe in giving businesses a chance. In the months since then, I've gone back several times and each time her business gets better and better. Yes, the selection of pastry items changes from day-to-day but that just means I get to try new delicious goodies. Some times the display cases are missing the names of pastries but I've yet to have a problem with asking any of the employees to describe the items.“
“Whoa. It takes a bit to stand out these days but let me tell you, CdlC did it. Firstly, the knowledgeable guy at the counter (short, dark hair and glasses) walked me through every single item in the case at my request. He is a GEM! We walked away with three desserts and each one was outrageous! We enjoyed a crème brûlée stuffed croissant with a brûlée'd top-garnished with rose petals on the spot and took the others to go!presentation servicedeliciousThis place is super special. Go enjoy!“
“We stayed within 100 feet of this place from a Sunday night until Saturday. It was painful to have to wait until Thursday morning to stop by since they are closed M-W, but it was worth the wait.Friendly, helpful staff. Great food with some unusual twists.Maybe one of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had, very good butter croissant, good chocolate croissant and very good coffee.“
“ABQ Coffee is an excellent option for starting your morning off on the right foot. ABQ Coffee is a small business, with an uncomplicated menu, and friendly staff. When I came in, I asked for a recommendation for someone on their first time to their shop and was given a quick rundown of what I was looking at on the menu. I was stuck between the Bee-Sting and Mexican Mocha so I went with the mocha and had a quiche to go with it. I enjoyed my meal so much so, that I kept them in mind for the following morning as I wanted to stop in and stock up on souvenirs as well as attempt a haircut at the Collective. I had the Bee-Sting that morning and an Avocado Toast, both of which were of the same quality as the previous day's fare.“
“Amazing service, the food and coffee are even better. Their coffee is so good that my husband gets them to send it to him every month. The atmosphere here is very cozy and inviting. We will definitely visit here again Next time we come to Albuquerque.“
“Amazing quality and friendly service!! Didn't even get pictures of the food because it was devoured too quickly. Limited seating inside, but during the warmer months they have a lovely patio to enjoy the weather. Very traditional and limited coffee options, but after tasting the croissants and butter biscuits, the baked goods are all you need to buy here.“
“Easter bunnies, chocolate penises & vaginas, Breaking Bad merch, brittles, piñon caramels, licorice, truffles, fudge, coconut haystacks, and the inimitable peanut butter crunch... Josette and Ryan and Tammy and Orina are sooooo nice... there's even sugar free for diabetics. And of course Walter White's blue meth (this is the store that supplied the props). You cannot miss this stop on your Breaking Bad tour!!!!“
“This is the classiest high-end custom cookie shop I was able to find locally. The designs and attention to detail are outstanding!! Will forever use Cookies By Design. Thank you for such an amazing experience!!! She LOVES the cookie bouquet!!!!!“
“Absolutely the very best European style bread in Albuquerque - rustic baguette. Sourdough is great and has a culture with fascinating local origins. Delicious fresh-baked cookies - we're a little crazy for the ginger molasses. Sweet and savory empanadas are definitely worth it.“
“Our first time here, and we really enjoyed the experience. The guy that took our order was so friendly and helpful. We chose the regular crust but will definitely be going back to try our pizza on the blue corn crust. Pizza was cooked perfectly ? The blue corn biscochito has easily become a favorite. Pretty cool concept to serve pizza at a Mexican bakery!“
“Got the personal sized pizza and it was one of the better pizza’s in Albuquerque, the green chile was super flavorful and I believe it said unlimited toppings so that was also nice. I like my pizza well-done and the crust was made perfect. The mozzarella sticks were very tasty and the cheese pull was satisfying as well! I’m told Niki was my cook and she did amazing! Great prices and great food definitely will be going back and trying more. Also didn’t get a chance for picture as I ate it all to quickly..“
“I finally decided to give small cakes another try today after 5 years and I do not regret it. Call it fate if you will, but I peeked in the window and was met by a smiling employee. He was an absolute sweet heart! I didn’t get his name, but I ended up buying a cake and a Valentine’s Day box of cupcakes. I hadn’t been in for years due to a bad interaction with a former employee there. That being said, he absolutely restored my faith in the company and I’ll be coming here for my sweet treats from here on out! Thank you, amazing person! I’ll not forget your kindness!!“
“Olo is great. It's clean. Employees dish out the toppings room a plethora of options making it more sanitary than others which let customers do it. They have tons of options for most people and even as a vegan with Celiac's I always end up with a fun sundae ! Soft serve chocolate, vanilla and twist offered vegan .“
“My abuelitos have been faithful customers here for years and now I will be too! They have the best bolillos (small loaves of white bread) in all of Albuquerque! They are best used to accompany menudo (yum!), in a torta (basically cut horizontally and prepared like a sandwich lol), or toasted and buttered up to go with hot chocolate. I love that they are baked until they are golden. Only wish I had pictures but I will update later. Hector's also has a great selection of other bakes goods. They have your typical Mexican bakery conchas, corazones, mantecadas, and empanadas. One I have not seen anywhere else- the mango filled empanada and it was delicious!“
“Holy moly! I just brought home one of their peanut butter rice crispy bars with chocolate on top from the Humble Coffee street fair and it may literally be one of my favorite deserts I've eaten! I haven't had anything quite like it ... Sort of like a peanut butter fudge but crunchy ? I'm sad I can't remember what the name of it is but hats off to a delicious treat!“
“I am very appreciative with your service. I order a cake on Wednesday which I needed for Saturday, it was for a graduation celebration. The cake was beautiful and delicious. Thanks again for working with me in such short notice. I will definitely be ordering my next cake with you.“
“The quiche was delicious, the best. All food made fresh daily. We love coming here with friends and family.Kid-friendliness: I see often families with childrenWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking available right in front of restaurant“
“We had not visited before and stopped by on a Saturday shortly before closing. They had a large selection of cakes, cookies, pastries and macarons. Everything looked delicious! We bought a variety of items and they even gave us a couple extra scones! Very friendly service. We’ll definitely be back.“
“Jan's on 4th has catered events at our home, all of which were perfectly prepared & delicious! One was a birthday party for over 35 friends & it all came off without a hitch! Jan and her staff are so well organized, and professional... everyone was happy, especially me!!! Meryl Manning Segel“
“In years past my family has enjoyed all of the Fano breads. A must have for everyday use as well as special occasions. They disappeared for awhile, but now they are back! You can pick up fresh loaves of all their varieties at their location on McLeod. Worth the trip for wonderful fresh breads.“
“Crumbl is always a good experience when you pick up or order your cookies in store! The crowd is young and fun and the cookies are always consistent. I usually don’t go often unless I see a flavor I want on the app! The semi-sweet chocolate chunk is to die for with the salt on top. YUM!“
“I was looking up pastries near me when I came across a pistachio eclair. I made a visit to Le Macaron French Pastries with my mother and son and was pleasantly surprised. We tried the mint chocolate chip ice cream, the hazelnut filled puffs, some chocolates, and macarons. It was all very delicious and at an affordable price. Highly recommend bringing children, friends, and family.Kid-friendliness: My son is 3 years old and he was free to run around and be a boy around the store without anyone making us feel uncomfortable. Great serving sizes for children as well.“
“An adorable bakery on 4th St with absolutely delicious snickerdoodle cookies. It’s hard to find authentic places like this, and you can tell that the two nice ladies working today put their whole hearts into their business.Pumpkin bread and snickerdoodle cookies were 10/10! Come check this bakery out!“
“OMG! We just tasted the best piece of artwork to this day…..and at 65 years of age that is saying something….thank you for being you and allowing us the opportunity sample your artistry. Best birthday cake ever for my bride! Delicious personified! Tom B“
“Okay to let you know up front, I don't know anything about bred and pastries. I do know that everything is priced really low but needs to be consumed relatively quickly. The clerk was able to answer a couple that I had and checked me out promptly. The store and the parking lot were clean and plenty of parking spaces.“
“Absolutely incredible! I arrived a little before they opened and the line was already forming...but it moved quickly and was well worth the wait! I ordered a variety of items and every one of them was amazing! Top bite was the loaf of banana bread with brûléed bananas on top The croissants were flaky, the sourdough was fresh and the cookies were perfectly sweet! This is a must try in ABQ!“
