He was an absolute sweet heart! I didn’t get his name, but I ended up buying a cake and a Valentine’s Day box of cupcakes. I hadn’t been in for years due to a bad interaction with a former employee there. We were able to get everything settled easily, and she did a beautiful floral cascade for our wedding cake. After emailing them a photo and discussing details over the phone (extremely thorough details) I left my order In their hands. picked up our cake the day of the party and it was magnificent! The chocolate cake was to die for, not overly sweet and a huge crowd pleaser -- and I don't really like cake, so that's saying something!“

“Cakes are very good just make sure you check your bag before you leave, I ordered and paid for a Reese's Peanut Butter bundlet for a friend of mine. When I got home I looked in the bag and noticed they gave me a Chocolate chocolate chip. I called to see if maybe they may have used a different seal for the Reese's and was told "oh no..they are right next to eachother so they gave you the wrong one" no apology no bring it back and we will make it right nothing..while their cakes are good their customer service sucks. So check your bag before you leave to make sure they get it correct. The Reese's does cost more than the one I received“
“This is our first time trying Bittersweet's Bakery. We got a birthday cake for our son's birthday and placed an order over the phone after sending a photo of what we wanted via email. “Saratori's did our wedding cake 4 years ago and one of the tiers was lemon with Italian butter cream. This year we celebrated with another lemon cake and of course it was AMAZING! “I started going to Linda's mid-2023 when the cafe had only been open a few month and the hours and staff were very limited but I believe in giving businesses a chance. In the months since then, I've gone back several times and each time her business gets better and better. Yes, the selection of pastry items changes from day-to-day but that just means I get to try new delicious goodies. Some times the display cases are missing the names of pastries but I've yet to have a problem with asking any of the employees to describe the items.“
