“I stop by Bedrock Kitchen once a week to pick up food for my work lunch. I LOVE this place. The ingredients are fresh and the food is consistently delicious.I'm a meat eater, but I usually get their salads with the Green Goddess dressing and the "meatloaf"/mashed potato combo because they are so tasty. I also really like their stuffed dates.I highly recommend this place for good tasting & healthy food.“
“You MUST visit Ben Michaels Restaurant near Old Town in Albuquerque!!! I cannot tell you how wonderful and authentic this place is. It is an experience, not just a meal! Ben Michael is truly a Renaissance Man and it shows in all that he does!We first went in December of 2023 and were completely WOWED by the ambience, aura and food! He is a master in the kitchen, garden, at the piano and in the realm of storytelling! He made us feel like we were the only people in the world and we had known each other for decades! I am not a foodie in any way, but this chef and his art of cooking made me truly appreciate the world of flavors and phenomenal food! The art and photos on the wall tell the story of a wonderful life and strong connection to family. We then had a private party there for my sister's 60th birthday and once again, Ben Michael made sure we had a wonderful time. He was so personable and attentive all evening while mingling with us and getting to know us better. He is an exceptional listener. Towards the end of the evening he sat down at his beautiful piano and sang a PERSONALIZED Birthday song for my sister!!! He took in all the great details and made her a song!!!! It was amazing!!!!As you can see by now, I cannot say enough great things about Ben Michael's!!! I would be typing for days. Please treat yourself to an evening there and you too will fall in love with this exceptional restaurant.“
“this place is lovely - vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free friendly. grab & go health foods and drinks and the staff was so friendly & kind to me when I stopped in. also the matcha cookie made me leave this review - it (& everything i got) is amazing.“
“The food is great and the workers are friendly. My only complaint is the inability to customize my order. They refuse to add simple things like mushrooms or jalepenos to a dish. I wonder what they do when someone claims to be allergic to something.“
“Vegetarian options: I believe this is a vegetarian/vegan restaurant, however, I wasn't looking for non-vegetarian/vegan offerings. Certainly, there was a large selection.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and was able to find plenty of options.“
“I’m not vegan, but I sure do feel good after eating here! The food is warming on a cold day, and cooling on a hot day.The woman working the counter and serving the food is so efficient and nice, and she has her work cut out for her, as it gets pretty busy mid day.“
“Really wanted to love this place since we’ve been pescatarian since January but it was just OK. We went on Sunday for breakfast. At a bit after 9:00 there was a person wearing headphones setting up the outdoor tables. We went inside and looked at the menu while standing at the counter.Turns out the headphone-wearing person was also the one who would take our order. She asked if we were dining in. We said yes. She said there were outdoor tables but the inside tables weren’t ready. We said we’d wait for one of the 3 or 4 inside tables because they just needed to take the chairs down and wipe them off. She didn’t make haste to ready the table.I had the blue corn waffle (I love the blue corn waffles across the street at the IPCC’s restaurant). This waffle was much denser than I expected — it was difficult to cut with a fork. The flavor was good.My wife had the avocado toast. She said the bread was very tasty.A little better hospitality would help a lot. The prices run on the high side. We’re OK with that and pay that frequently when we go out. It’s usually accompanied by friendly attentive service though. We’ll try again. Hoping that this is just a new venture working out the kinks of starting up.“
