“This place is ridiculously DELIGHTFUL. The character of the restaurant, the decor, the staff... it's just a perfect little gem. If you get a chance, try to eat on the patio. I've had Indian food through the years and always like trying new things, but I'd never had a doja or experienced this tradition of food. Of course, I had to try the paper dosa... I mean, if they're gonna name the place after the dish, hit me with your best shot! I have never seen anything like that on a plate, which immediately made me giggle when the server brought it! But, the taste was not funny. It was absolutely delicious. I'm reminded by the H. Jackson Brown quote, "Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do." This is one of those places you'll be disappointed to miss.“

“Since they close at 3:00, I get my pie par baked and finish it in my oven at 500 degrees for 5 minutes. It comes out delicious! I love a half pesto and a half #2 16 inch pizza. Just fits in my oven. Really nice and helpful staff too!“

The entrees were shrimp and grits, the ribeye was a perfectly crusted medium and the trout plate was exquisitely prepared. The biscochito waffle dessert with coffee ice cream was out of this world. “This place is always busy! It's really good. It is a good bakery, a nice place to eat but it always feels like we are rushed out every time I come. I'm not sure if it's more of a local thing or if they do it to everyone. But every time I go I don't ever leave feeling very good.“

“Honestly, this was a peak experience. Stumbled upon this place pulling in to google food spots. Decided to seize the moment and went inside. Dude. You get hints that you are about to be served shut you up levels of food. A family owned restaurant since the late 70s and friendly, responsive staff. And then you get the food. Dear God, the food. I got the sopapilla burger. The beef seasoned to perfection. Hands down a divinely guided lunch that felt worthy of royalty.“

“Why does the host ask me to sit outside when is 72 degrees and raining?1😒🙄🤔 Then the waiter completely ignored me, atleast the manager noticed and tried to make amends so I ordered bone in ribeye welldone, the chef decided to send well charred dried out bitter steak, it took me a while to figure out they are not used to having guests that look like me, I like my steak dinner every time I am on a work trip, I certainly won't be going back to Outback on Cerrillos Rd, Sante Fe NM, I hope the next time a guest that looks like me walk through your doors you will recieve them better than you did me...“

“The food at La Choza is excellent. There are a ton of vegetarian options, and the green chiles and margaritas are delicious. We went to this restaurant 2 out of 3 days we were in Santa Fe, and if we were staying longer, we would go again. The server our second night was Luis. We had never met such an outstanding server. Luis made sure we had all the information to order something we would enjoy. He noticed that some crema was left off of my chile relleño before I even noticed, and he immediately sent some to the table. He was friendly, and when we mentioned what an excellent job he did, he said it was because he loves people. I hope you get to meet him while you are eating there!“

“we sat at the small little bar to the side until our table was ready. The ambience was calming, beautiful, a place that we needed to be at.
when we got to our table, our server, her name is Monserrat, very attentive and very polite. she was very knowledgeable on the menu, which I always appreciate. The place is clean, pretty like I said calming. our food was absolutely spectacular, Delicious everything I expected.
we ordered the bread basket a nice bottle of wine. My husband had the special which was a Seabass, oh my Lord, that was delicious.. I had the filet mignon everything on that plate was so good from the mushrooms to the sauces to the different flavors that came from everything on that plate. I wish I could explain it. It was so good. we ended our meal with a molten bittersweet chocolate cake. Oh my goodness another ballpark out of the park hit! we will go back!“

“I had the chicken fried steak breakfast special. $13.75 for the steak smothered in green, , hash browns, two eggs, and two biscuits with gravy. Half for brunch and half I took home for dinner. What a excellent value, plus it was super tasty and well- prepared. We love this place!“

“The breakfast burrito should be called the breakfast, lunch and dinner burrito! It is huge - and delicious! Get it Christmas style. The play of all of the flavors is just perfection. Honestly, this is probably the best breakfast I have enjoyed in my lifetime. I had it covered in cilantro as well and washed it down with their medium coffee... a perfect pair! Don't sleep on this place. One burrito and you'll be pondering a move to Santa Fe.“

“we ate here sunday with bloody marys and mimosas. the blue corn pancakes were extraordinary. we returned on monday because i always wanted to try chillquilles...so we both ordered a plate...they did not disappoint. the staff all were extremely attentive and kind. i wish we ate lunch here as well. there are no words to describe this gem, so go grab a meal and witness them for yourself. youll be returning“

“San Fran was a very nice place and we had great service. I had the ribs which were a little overdone for me. However, we had a party of six and all other members tried other dishes. All were appealing and nobody had complaints. I would go back again and try something else without hesitstion.“

“On a previous trip to Santa Fe, Izanami was my favorite bite. Not so this time around. The eggplant was very good, but everything else was underwhelming. On the previous visit, I was able to order the bimbimbop and bento box for dinner. Those (amazing) items were not available during dinner. Even more, or server was inattentive and not available to offer guidance. The setting is still beautiful, but this particular visit did disappint.“

“Service was on slower side of things throughout the meal, but all servers were pretty nice. All of my tapas were pretty delish, and I really liked their Spanish mushroom soup, papatas bravas and and mussels with coconut milk salsa verde: everything was spot on. Their Spanish negroni cocktail was lovely, too. The gateau basque dessert kinda ruined my meal: it seems to have been sitting in the fridge for the day but it was certainly not made fresh and I could hardly taste vanilla bean in it. A lady manager came by and was rather kind to comp it after I declined to try another dessert instead.“

“I am going to give this a full five stars. We dropped in at open on Sunday for lunch while heading out of town after a weekend in Santa Fe. We had three different entrees and everyone was very pleased with each one. The Greek fries were crispy and delicious. Classic gyros were excellent. Rotisserie chicken was perfectly cooked. All in a clean, comfortable, friendly environment. 100% give it a try if you are looking for Greek or something different.“

“What a neighborhood gem. The vibe here is very down to earth. Everyone seems to be relaxed and having a good time. She made us feel like we were old friends . The food was absolutely the best flavored I have experienced.
