Went to tomasitas on 4/14. Not too busy, seated within 10 minutes in the bar. We waited over 10 minutes until I went to find a server and asked for a menu. Waited another 10 for a server to come back to take our order. Had to ask another server for water. The food was good service not so much.I can’t imagine what a weekend or busy night would be like.
The food was great, and the service even better! We were in a time crunch to eat and make it to an event, and we were seated immediately.
My favorite place to eat at when I’m in Santa Fe. Excellent food and drinks and great customer service! Letty and Jordan are great servers!!

Based on the reviews, Tomasita's Santa Fe is an excellent place everybody needs to visit. The menu selections and bartenders add to the good times. Huge portions are served, including beans cooked to perfection, soft but not mushy, and rice that is very flavorful. The enchiladas are packed with flavor. The chicken chili is yummy and very filling. The green chili is delicious, not too hot, just right. The red and green chili is spicy but very flavorful. The frozen margaritas and the frozen swirl are a must try. The trio appetizers of Queso, Guacamole, and salsa are outstanding. The salsa is spicy. A Tuesday plate features a taco, chicken enchilada, and chili relleno with green chili, rice, and beans. Huge sopapillas come with the meal and are fabulous. The restaurant is close to the train depot and has great service and a great atmosphere.
