almond cookies for dessert! Happy Garden is located in a pretty decent shopping center with plenty of parking. However, while the interior is clean and quiet, it does provide a bit of a lackluster, indoor dining experience.“

It’s well worth the drive from Rio Rancho, but I wish there was one here. Quarter Celtic leaves the food and brew at Turtle Mountain and Bosque.in.the.dust. Not even close.“

“Biggest burrito god damn plate I’ve ever had. Ordered the two adobada burrito combo plate with rice and beans. The plate must’ve weighed 6 pounds. You’d be an absolute mad man if you finish this plate in one sitting. Burritos were really good. And the complimentary salsa bar, with chips, puts this place above the rest. Free chips and salsa is the best sign of a good Mexican joint. Workers are really friendly also. Highly recommended“

I'm surprised we waited as long as we did after the rebuild. Oh, there were people there dressed relatively casual. No t-shirts, but many people in nice jeans. We've eaten on the bar/casual side a few times before and the experience there was also positive. Yes, check the prices before you go so you don't get sticker shock. But the truth is, two people could easily have dinner with no wine, appetizer or dessert for around $100.“

It was an additional $1.00 for each added veggie. We added 3 but not told it would be an extra $1.00 for each added veggie until we got the bill.“

“My wife loves Golden Pride's chicken, and normally we are happy with their takeout. However, this last order was disappointing because the fried chicken was not crispy and appeared to be slightly undercooked. The breast meat had a slight pink-ish hue within the center, so we put the pieces into our oven to complete the cooking (just to make sure it was safe). We'll probably give GP another chance, but in the mean time, we'll buy our take-home fried chicken elsewhere.“
