Been coming here since I was a kid and it’s never changed. The best chile in the entire state hands down! It is small inside but I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes. The people there are so friendly and you can tell everything is made in house and with love.
Busy place and only open for breakfast and lunch. My wife had the heuvos rancheros and I had the large combo plate. We each did red/green at 50/50 and we both preferred the green. Our meals were delicious and reasonably priced. Server was attentive as well. Be prepared to wait for a table.
The wait time on a Sunday morning was 30-45 minutes. This is just a matter of popularity over capacity. I had a heuvos rancheros with red and it was great. I would love to go back. I am a fairly hearty eater and the 1/2 order was plenty.
