The quality of the food is consistently excellent, and the staff members are truly wonderful.
Ribs is the best BBQ joint in the East Mountains. They have the best ribs - meaty & tender. Their cheesesteak sandwiches are outstanding, both of them! I have never had a bad meal here. The sauces are great. The drinks are great. The servers are great. There is a lot to like about Ribs.
Oh, by the way, they have the BEST FRIED OKRA!!! You can keep the mac & cheese, just give me the okra!!!

I'm being generous with 4 stars because I liked the location and the staff and the atmosphere. The sides were also great. BUT... the BBQ itself was mid. We tried several different BBQ items and the ribs were decent but everything else was very Ok. I'll give them another shot in the future but the first go around was below my expectations.
