Great burgers and vegan options. Probably the best black bean patty I’ve had!
I’m visiting Durango from the Philippines and heard they have amazing burgers. However, we were truly disappointed by the incredibly cold service we received. The servers are very rude. I’d recommend checking out the local ramen house nearby.
First time visiting the Durango Downtown branch. Unfortunately, it was an unpleasant experience. We had a large order. The order was taken incorrectly it turns out. However, when the order was delivered, my sister-in-law said, “I think we got the wrong order”. She was polite in saying it. The server, this guy, said “it’s not my problem”. Grassburger (ABQ NE) serves great burgers with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The food is fantastic, cooked to perfection, and arrives super fast. Menu items include the black bean bbq burger, the Grass Burger, a grilled cheese, the Cheddar Cheeseburger with guac, and the Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger with guac. They also made Green Chile Cheese Fries not on the menu, and they were incredible. Instead of big brand soda, they have healthy pure cane sugar soda from Colorado, which is delicious and a must try. The fries are always crisp, never soggy, even on to go orders. The service is really good, with lots of helpful team members making sure everything is good. Customers noted caring and considerate individuals who go above and beyond, accommodating allergies and checking on meals. There is a nice small play area for kids, perfect for a Friday afternoon or weekend break. Every order is ready on time and consistently fresh.
