“The customer service is always great. They are always willing to accommodate us on a special order. We ask for extra flour on th span so we can slide our stuffed pizza onto our Lodge cast iron pan to cook. We loved the Big Murphy’s stuffed pizza, it’s the best!“

“While the atmosphere was quite lovely, the service was a bit slow. It took 30 minutes to get a small Caesar salad, which was lacking in flavor. The pepperoni pizza edges were crispy and tasty but the bottom of the pizza was soggy. The spaghetti noodles were handmade today but they were doughy to chew. They needed to be cooked longer or made thinner. $5 for a single meatball because they don’t serve meat sauce.“

“First time to order from Upper Crust. While I do appreciate local businesses, likely not to order from them again. The toppings were very sparse, especially for the price. EDIT: As a kind gesture, I was later contacted by management to offer replacement of my order. While I was not looking for that, the fact that they reached out was very nice.“

“Picked up several pizzas, salad and garlic bread for a party. The guests hadn't had food from here before and loved it! The pizza sauce is just great, the toppings are wonderful! Pesto is super yummy! Closest thing I've found in Santa Fe that reminds me of home.“

I am writing to let you know about a great experience my husband and I had at the Low N' Slow Bar in Santa Fe, NM where we ordered Hawt Pizza. It was great because of the chef baking the pizza - Paul Kokalis! He made amazing pizzas. We ordered the El Norton and it was fantastic. It was so good we came back the next evening for more. This is saying a lot when you are in Santa Fe, lots of good restaurants there! But we chose to come back for Paul's pizza. He was personable, professional, and a great chef! Kudos to Paul. He deserves any promotions possible!

“I've been to Unit B many times for various shows. Great music and comedy and really not a bad seat in the house. Even though the space is large it still feels quite intimate and cosy. The atmosphere feels like an upscale night club; dark with spot table lights. If you want a certain place to sit you can reserve a table when you get tickets for a show on their website. Food and drink wise I have tried many things and loved them all... fish & chips, a delicious lions main & mole dish, Salad, french fries, and a few desserts. They have some seasonal cocktails I've really enjoyed and the wines are good too. Whatever you order, I don't think you can go wrong. Staff is very nice and helpful with any questions. I'll be back and love taking guests to this unique establishment in Santa Fe. There's really nothing else like it here.“

“The girls working the drive thru I believe Becky and Socorro or coco maybe were super friendly and super helpful and handled the situation above and beyond and made things right and assured me no extra charges would happen when the system was not processing my card. I paid cash instead and they still made sure to make it known no charge made on my debit card and were so kind. They deserve to be noticed and appreciated for their hard work. I hope their main boss knows how good of employees this establishment has.“
“Went here after the Staab house and was SUCH A IMPROVED EXPERIENCE. This hotel is also haunted but unlike the bartender at the Staab house, the bartender here immediately indulged us with stories of his experiences (which were truly creepy and gave me goosebumps). We ordered the signature margarita but the bartender here actually took the time to explain the ingredients he was using, where it is from, what plant it comes from and was truly engaging. This guy actually knows what it is to be a bartender and clearly cared about his job and is passionate about it which really makes the experience unique.
Loved it here, will visit again and would highly recommend!“

“Everytime I step into Pranzo I feel like I am stepping into a families kitchen. It is a warm and inviting environment. The weekly specials, appetizers, fresh salads, hearty entrees, pasta and pizza dishes are all quite delectable. Highly recommend. Fantastic cocktail and wine list also.“

“Since they close at 3:00, I get my pie par baked and finish it in my oven at 500 degrees for 5 minutes. It comes out delicious! I love a half pesto and a half #2 16 inch pizza. Just fits in my oven. Really nice and helpful staff too!“
