My wife and I walked in blind and had an excellent salad (massive Greek salad with all quality greens) and a thin crust pizza that rivals anything on the east coast. We had a Hell’s Kitchen pizza and the combination of flavors was impeccable.
I wanted pizza like I’m used to on the east coast where I grew up. Pizza Centro is it—crunchy crust with greasy grease on top and the right amount of cheese ? Thanks for serving Santa Fe!

It's a beautifully straight forward place. They are quick to take your order, food is out quick, and the 'za, calzones, and salads are all fire. Price is pretty standard across Santa Fe. Service is friendly and if you're nice it goes a long way. If you have a bad time here, either you're expecting Michelin star experience and are a fool, or you're just a rude person.
