“I used to go a different French pastry shop in town when I drove through to see my Mum every few months and it just felt like they were ‘slipping’ and so I get on my phone and start reading and I read a few that recommended Mille’s place so I left and walked to Mille’s …. Whaaaaaaaa SO AMAZING !!! it pretty much BROKE MY BRAIN. Easily the best French bakery/cafe I’ve ever been to —- even in Denver and I’ve tried most of them in Denver. I’m obsessed. “i’m so picky with my matcha and theirs EXCEEDED my expectations! the rose and pistachio specialty for spring perfectly accented each other. it wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet and didn’t taste like an artificial mix! cookies and macarons were lovely too. i love the music they played and the workers were friendly. the barista even double checked our drink wouldn’t burn our hands before giving it to us, so kind! 100% reccommend :)“
“Wild Leaven Bakery is one of my favorite spots to enjoy a healthy lunch. The soups are delicious with so much local flavor and organic ingredients. I recommend their sourdough bread and Yellow Curry soup. If you want a pastry, go early because they do sell out!“
“All I have to say is WOW. Highly, highly, highly, highly recommend. I found Sarah on Instagram while looking for a baker for our wedding cake. We ordered the tasting cakes from her, and the care that went into making even just those mini cakes beautiful made us sure we wanted to get our cake from her. The whole process of planning our flavors and design was very easy and she was quick to respond the entire time. She showed up to our venue on time, and placed our cake flowers SO beautifully. And then the cake itself... honestly just ridiculously good. We got a chocolate cake with whipped cream filling and coffee buttercream. One of the best chocolate cakes I've ever had. Everyone commented on how beautiful and delicious it was. Also - the price for everything from the cake itself to delivery was extremely reasonable and 100% worth it. Thank you Sarah for everything. “It was my first time here. I was going to get my laundry done next door but decided to walk over for a pastry first. The interior doesn’t look fancy but to my surprise IT WAS THE BEST BEST BEST TASTING APPLE DANISH IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! I also ordered 2 other pastries and a Chai Latte. “Del Valle Panaderia has two locations in Santa Fe. One is in Ceriilos road near the Big Lots and the other is on airport road near the school districts of the south side and the McDonalds on airport road that is on the south side of Santa Fe. Both locations are exceptional when it comes to taste and quality. This bakery is THE best bakery in both Santa Fe and Albuquerque and perhaps in the state if I may add. It's a Mexican style type of sweet bread. The bread is soft and moist in taste is uniquely balanced. Service is exceptional and staff is always willing to help and assist customers. The environment is kept clean at all times and ensure it's presentable to the public. Pictures show the location on airport road which is quite expansive and various selections of sweet bread. It's definitely a must try that you won't be disappointed!“

“I have wanted to try this place for a long time. I went in to order a Smoked Salmon sandwich, but after looking at their wide selection of sandwiches, I got a Tuscany. I didn't regret it, it was phenomenal, but I'm still going back to get a Smoked Salmon as soon as possible. My sandwich came with a plentiful serving of potato chips and a few sweet bagel chips, everything was wonderful and their serving sizes are perfect for a hearty lunch, all under $10. After ordering to go, I sat down and felt so at ease with their furniture, relaxing atmosphere and reading materials arranged neatly on the tables I wished I ordered it to eat there. “True diner atmosphere. 5 stars for my vegan bowl, cinnamon bun and croissant.First time here and didn’t know what to expect for a vegan bowl, but my goodness. It was a cross between a soup, chili consistency with toasted rye bread to dip in it.It made me feel warm inside as the temperature outside dropped with the freezing wind.Topped with tofu, red sauce and slices of avocado, it felt like a treat to have. The potatoes were cut and cooked perfectly. The spinach was perfect. Will have again, maybe even weekly.Can’t wait to try breakfast.“

Some of my favorites are the blondies, cinnamon rolls, blueberry/raspberry donuts, pb cookies and brownies (my non-vegan or gluten-free boyfriend says these are some the best brownies he's ever eaten!)“

“Local bakery/coffee shop with homemade pastries. I loved their Green chilli sausage croissant. It seet the owner runs the place. He said the croissant is his own invention and he has been selling it for more than six years. The inside can sit 8-10 people and have two table. It's a cozy set up with local arts in the wall. There are also patio sitting outside. There was a free pack man arcade game machine.Parking: Limited assigned sports (~3-4).“

“I simply didn't want wedding cake at my wedding. I wanted flan and tres leches. I had no idea how hard it would be to find someone to make large quantities (enough for 85 people) in Taos. So, I had to look to Santa Fe... Pan de Vida agreed to make my cakes. With no time to even try it myself, I just hoped that they would be at least ok. They were amazing. My mom described the tres leches as eating a cloud. The flan was smooth throughout. Highly recommend! I hope to visit in person one day.“
