“Santa Fe has great places to eat so you have to be great to survive. Wild Leaven is great. We get the freshly made delicious bread every week, but it doesn't end there. His soups are fabulous as are the sandwiches. This is a place that deeply cares about what it turns out. The people are lively which adds to why you'll keep coming back. It is very unpretentious which adds to its charm. If you walk in, prepare to be a regular.“

“Was visiting from out of town and decided we wanted a sweet treat. Looked at some places and landed on this absolutely gem of a bakery! They have a nice selection of cakes and cookies. It was truly hard not to buy everything because everything looked amazing. The ladies were lovely and absolute gems! If you find yourself suddenly wanting a good cookie or some cake, I highly recommend. This will be my go to bakery every time I visit. No need to look anywhere else!“

Mille is a cute spot. Their coffee is excellent and pairs perfectly with their croissants, which were definitely the highlight. That being said, the other food options didn’t really impress us. I’d definitely come back, but just for a coffee and pastry run.“

“I'm one of the toughest reviewers in the Google community. These folks are truly gifted resterauters. Our Chevre and Tuna Nicoise Salads were excellent. As was the butternut squash soup and basket of French Baguette bread and exceptional butter. We finished off lunch with a raspberry tart and a raspberry and pear (?) tart and coffee which were just as fantastic. Can't wait to get back to Santa Fe to enjoy their food and hospitality again. “It was recommended to us by friends that they had the best red pork tamales, so we purchased some red pork and sweet tamales - they were some of the best we've eaten! They also have a huge selection of pan dulce (sweet bread), pastries, homemade bread and tortillas!

Parking: The parking could have been difficult because it's the holidays and almost everyone is out shopping.

Kid-friendliness: Saw a few kids there and alot of young at heart folks shopping there.“

“Outstanding bagels and humans. As a NY-born bagel lover I was thrilled with these. No giant puffs of soft bread, like grandma's throw pillows. Just the right size and dense, chewy texture. Perfect for the excellent lox they also sell. I'm generally not a fan off added flavors that make a bagel like a muffin, but the salt/chile bagel is a perfect platform for pâté or smoked fish or any savory spread. The sesame has a truly generous, tasty coating of sesame seeds. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and made our little group of visitors from Denver and Chicago feel welcome. So glad to have wandered in. And every sympathy on the lost dog.“
