I have not met the owner Kate Holland, but I have met her mom and have had numerous experiences as a customer.

they love art and they are smart and honest
We had a very nice lunch here, we all got half sandwiches that were made to perfection - very accommodating for gluten-free and dairy-free also! Had a yummy oat milk matcha latte, and the vegan lemon lavender cookie was phenomenal!

The bakery has a variety of milk options, though it lacks half and half. Vegetarian options are clearly marked, parking is ample, and the atmosphere is kid-friendly. The green chili and cream cheese stuffed croissant is heavenly and a must-try. The place is busy, especially during the summer, but staff work quickly to prepare fresh meals. The coffee is very tasty, with a strong flavor that can be made sweeter with extra syrup.
The staff is hardworking and friendly, and visitors praise the cozy vibe and the freshly made food, including sandwiches, muffins, and cruffins. Customers love the fantastic pastries, delicious lattes with house-made syrups, and the excellent cookies and baked goods. The bakery also offers a convenient drive-through where customers can order coffee and baked goods. Visitors enjoy the great coffee, including the popular cold brew, and the amazing savory dishes and ice cream. It's a highly recommended spot for breakfast and baked goods when in Santa Fe.
