The pastries are delicious and the breakfast sandwiches are awesome. I just wish they had a jug of half and half for coffee instead of the little single serve plastic half and half cups like you would get at a cheap diner. They have a jug for just about every % of milk imaginable, why no half and half?

Thought the biscuits and gravy were bland and the housemaid chai wasn’t good. Coffee was made nicely though.

Stopped in this morning for a coffee and green chili and cream cheese stuffed croissant topped with everything seasoning...It was HEAVENLY! May just be the best pastry in town and that is coming from a connoisseur! ? Can't wait to try the biscuits next time. ?

The food was amazing! We stopped and tried the ham, cheese asparagus quiche (so yummy), a bacon &egg sandwich with perfectly buttered bread and the yogurt parfait was something the family argued over it as it was decadently delicious. The chai and matcha were superb and the coffee was

Whether you're a breakfast enthusiast or simply in need of a comforting, satisfying meal, I wholeheartedly recommend trying biscuits and gravy with a fried egg. It's a combination that will elevate your breakfast experience to new heights. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

The best bakery in Santa Fe, and I’ve been to all of them. Inventive and well-executed pastries that change often— always so incredibly well done. Moreover, breakfast is always soooo good and the lattes/coffee menu is not an afterthought… also some of the best in town. My only complaint is I want expanded hours, or open on weekends— would LOOOOVE to come here for brunch with my bankers hour friends or family that visit for a short weekend! All in all, I keep coming back here, and when I go to a different bakery, I just wish I came back to Baked and Brew instead.

First off, the food deserves five stars. The pastries are beautiful and delicious and there are a ton of sweet and savory options. The coffee was fine. If you just want take-out coffee and food, this is the place to go. I could happily grab food from here every day of the week and not run out of new things to try for a long time.If you want to sit and relax or do some work, don't come here. The cafe is super cute, inviting and cozy. But as soon as you sit down there's a sign saying you're limited to an hour. Even the WiFi password reminds you of that fact (and the WiFi didn't even work). There are no dishes for dining in, everything's in paper/plastic.They obviously don't want you to be in there, which is too bad. It made me uncomfortable so I left after finishing my breakfast, even though it was not crowded. I spend a lot of time in coffee shops working for hours on projects with no issues, but I won't come back to this one.

Entrance was a bit confusing. Converted service station, but do not let that persuade you. This is not gas station food.
