“After several visits to Las Vegas, New Mexico, we were excited to finally try Pedro's Bakery, a bakery we had always wanted to visit. Although it is not as large as Charlie's Spic & Span Bakery & Café, the bakery's goods appeared just as delicious. The staff provided excellent service, and their playful joking made the experience pleasant. We enjoyed a great customer experience and sampled some delicious treats, purchasing around seven or eight items. The items we tasted were delicious.“

“The food is authentic and tasty. The environment has an elegant vibe to it but I felt relaxed as well. They do have high chairs for the little ones, which was a plus for us. so definitely family friendly.“

“We stopped here at the recommendation of a friend of ours. The place is really cute and the food is legit. We weren't super hungry so we shared a combo platter of Chile relleno, cheese enchilada and a tamale, all served with rice and beans. Everything was delicious, and both the green and red Chile sauces were amazing. After dinner we grabbed an auclaire to go, and that thing was as big as a shoe, filled with Bavarian cream that was just yummy! Our server was very friendly and I'm definitely stopping here again on my next road trip through this area.“
