“After several visits to Las Vegas, New Mexico, we were excited to finally try Pedro's Bakery, a bakery we had always wanted to visit. Although it is not as large as Charlie's Spic & Span Bakery & Café, the bakery's goods appeared just as delicious. The staff provided excellent service, and their playful joking made the experience pleasant. We enjoyed a great customer experience and sampled some delicious treats, purchasing around seven or eight items. The items we tasted were delicious.“

“The food is authentic and tasty. The environment has an elegant vibe to it but I felt relaxed as well. They do have high chairs for the little ones, which was a plus for us. so definitely family friendly.“

“My wife had chicken flautas (mui gordo) stuffed full of chicken and I had Turkey, Bacon & Avocado with a side salad for lunch. The bakery was well picked over with only cookies (iced sugar cookies and biscochitos) and mince meat empanadas.“
