Charlie's Spic & Span Bakery & Café offers amazing food, friendly staff, and a casual diner atmosphere. The carne adovada and chorizo-stuffed sopapilla are standouts, with the latter being particularly fantastic. The wait staff, despite being busy, do a great job accommodating the crowd. While the red Chile could be thinned, the overall experience is enhanced by the excellent service. With delicious options like pancakes, eggs, and sausage, and sweet treats like donuts and eclairs, this restaurant is highly recommended.
