Wow! Someone the best breakfast I’ve had. Portions are massive compared to how much the food costs. Incredible value, delicious food, servers are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The fresh donuts and cinnamon rolls look fabulous, the fresh made tortillas are as good as tortillas can get. Just blown away by this spot in every way.
This place is amazing. The food is incredible, and the service is excellent. I would give 10 stars if this was available.
We were passing through on our way home (Northern CO). I was craving green chili, my husband wanted a doughnut. Sadly the baker was off today. We WILL be back for that doughnut the next time we are in New Mexico. I had a steak burrito which was huge and delicious. My husband got the breakfast relleno. I highly recommend stopping in this little gem. Thank you!!

Known for its excellent, authentic Northern New Mexico cuisine, the restaurant provides a wide selection of dishes that truly capture the local flavor. The menu includes standouts like the carne adovada and chorizo-stuffed sopapilla, which are particularly fantastic. The wait staff, despite being busy, do a great job accommodating the crowd, ensuring a pleasant experience for all.
The restaurant serves Starbucks coffee, fresh-baked goods like donuts, small cheesecakes, and other delights, as well as bags of nicely sized, fresh-pressed and cooked tortillas. Customers can enjoy a diverse menu, with options like pancakes, eggs, sausage, and sweet treats. The portions are large, providing good value, and many guests leave with leftovers.
Visitors to Las Vegas, New Mexico, are highly recommended to stop by this local eatery, as it offers a real down-home feel and a clean, well-lit interior. If parking is an issue, there is a parking lot across the road.
