Outstanding bagels and humans. As a NY-born bagel lover I was thrilled with these. No giant puffs of soft bread, like grandma's throw pillows. Just the right size and dense, chewy texture. Perfect for the excellent lox they also sell. I'm generally not a fan off added flavors that make a bagel like a muffin, but the salt/chile bagel is a perfect platform for pâté or smoked fish or any savory spread.
