“A definite must for your visit to Santa Fe! The ingredients in each drink will make you “ooo” and “ahhh” … and the result is delicious and balanced. ‘Race of Roadrunners’ has just a little kick that I loved, strong cacao flavor, rich and delicious. ‘Murmuration of Starling’ is frothy and tasty, burnt honey and rosemary on the nose. Great vibe and decor, seating can fill quickly.“

“Since they first opened a few years ago, this has been my go to lunch spot in downtown Santa Fe. I have not had a bad item yet. Some of my favorites include the Chinese chicken salad, the Buddha bowl, the blackened salmon bowl, the breakfast sandwich, the avocado toast with a fried egg added, their tuna melt sandwich, their excellent coffee, and their amazing and filling smoothies. Many days they even have delivery for the downtown area, which is such a lifesaver when I can’t get away from my desk. They are also great people and their staff seems so happy and well cared for. I don’t know what I would do without Henry and the Fish!“

“Dave welcomes us every time we take a field trip to the library! After selecting books, we look forward to crossing the street and practicing real-life transactions with Dave and his staff. We arrive with 8-10 students, and I always know that no one will be turned down for a drink. He is kind, generous, and patient. Give the Mud Hut a try!“

“I was passing through Santa Fe and found the Kaffee Haus not too far off of I-25. This little haus was a DELIGHT. I Had the Coconut Crave and when I say it was one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had, I truly mean it! It was a balance of trying not to drink it too fast ?

“Visiting from Wisconsin for the weekend and this coffee shop has been a breath of fresh air from the options in The Plaza. Very reminiscent of coffee bars in Milwaukee and felt like 'home'. Food was fire, coffee was perfectly balanced, and the team was super friendly. 10/10 worth the half-mile hike from the hotel!“

“I popped in here before heading to the airport to catch my flight. Great atmosphere! Cozy nooks with boardgames, dynamic art, nice staff. The Mexican mocha changed my life — it was hands down the best mocha I have EVER had, I still think about it on a weekly basis. The breakfast I got was delicious and large portion, and I got a few baked goods to bring on the plane. The GF strawberry cake was SO good (and I don’t usually love GF baking). I think it’s a rotating item, so grab a piece if they have it — you won’t regret it! As I waited for my food, I saw they have an interesting variety of events each month — made me wish I was staying longer to check out karaoke night. Definitely coming back next time I’m in town, and wishing I had a place like this where I live!“

“Really discovering I enjoy boba tea. If you can afford it, just pay the extra money for the large size; they use a standard scoop of boba for all the sizes, so the large has the best tea:boba ratio.The Gobi are also fun, but they have a much more overpowering flavor than the boba.I really look forward to my next day out at the mall so I can try more flavors.“
