It was a delight when it was made as an avocado based toast, but now is available with a delicious hummus spread. Featuring local sourdough bread that's lightly toasted topped with organic eggs that can be ordered in any style, (how they make the scrambled version so light and fluffy is beyond me) along with fresh red onion that is a complement and never intrusive. The feta cheese sprinkled on top just adds the finishing touch. My other suggestion? While this is a breakfast specialty, you might want a savory element, adding a side order of sautéed mushrooms. Yikes, that's really good!“
