Good Morning! I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at Tia Sophia's Restaurant. On Friday, I ordered a plate priced at approximately $20.00. As a long-time resident of Santa Fe for 44 years, I found the quality of the New Mexican cuisine to be significantly below expectations. The presentation was amateurish and not reflective of the expected standard. I am genuinely disappointed with this experience.
beef burrito was decent. However, the lady that packed the take away did so with it slanted and all the sauce spilled out onto the paper bag. I called to speak wirh Venessa the owner but she was busy. I verified with the lady that answered that she was the one who packed the food and explained to her what had happened and she was rude. Very poor customer service.
The Food is great! And Everyone is so nice!
