The best you're getting in Santa Fe. Espresso was good, not great. A bit on the muddy side, but still had some complexity. Nice vibes. If you're looking for a good specialty coffee shop that does light roasts, this is where you want to go.
Need to know: LaMarzocco machine, Diedrich roaster, ceramic cups, extensive pour over menu, small batch beans that aren't over-roasted. After a disappointing trip to another coffee spot, the Cortado at 35° North was a welcome perfect cuppa.

Such a great coffee! Had an awesome vanilla latte. They were quick and it was delicious, but the seating was a little limited- it looked like part of the shop may have been under construction. We sat outside and luckily it was really nice out! Great experience overall!
