We found them at the Plaza in Santa Fe. After a discussion of where to sate our appetite with a late lunch we decided to hit up the cart. They were out of the red chile pork tamales so we settled on the last two of their green chile chicken tamales and a beef fajita wrap. Don't want to wait for a table at one of the plaza's ritzy spots? Just stop at the El Molero food truck and you'll save both time and money and your tummy will thank you.the fajitas can be dry, but the fill up that tortilla. The tamales are consistently good and are solid examples of a northern New Mexico red chile tamales.

The perfect place to grab food while in the Plaza! The green chili chicken tamales were fairly mild, while the red chili pork were much spicier. Both were delicious! And a very fair price for handmade tamales.
