This is a pretty typical starbucks except, despite it's high profile location, there was only one person working there. She was cashier and barista. She did a great job, though.
This is the cleanest Starbucks with the nicest staff in Santa Fe. It's off the beaten track a bit, so it isn't crowded. There is parking available and there is a lot of seating inside.

I got another Impossible breakfast sandwich with my gift card. It's really good. The bread is toasted, not soggy. The egg and Impossible patty are hot. The cheese is melty. Really good. I appreciate this vegetarian option. Service was quick and friendly.
