I came by this Baskin-Robbins location for the first time in a while and was treated very kindly. Unfortunately, while I was there, an aggressive customer was yelling and screaming at the guy working. Despite that, the two employees on shift remained professional and helpful to me and my family.

i stopped by today to get some ice cream and the store was very clean and the 1 boy working helped the line of about 10 people all alone with no complaints whatsoever and also did so very fast
The ice cream was yummy and service was good…BUT, the guy helping me charged me for a double scoop instead of the single that I ordered and got. I realized this later and didn’t go back to tell him. My grandma says she’s also been overcharged for the quarts she usually gets. She realized this when she went to another location in town and it was $3 cheaper. Just make sure to get your receipt to make sure you’re not overcharged.

Baskin-Robbins is a restaurant known for its variety of ice cream options and good service. The staff, including Desiree and a knowledgeable young man, are commended for their professionalism, patience, and helpfulness even when busy. The restaurant could be cleaner, but it is generally considered to be at an acceptable level. Outside seating is available. There seems to be a consistent number of customers, but the restaurant never appears overly crowded. Overall, Baskin-Robbins provides a pleasant experience with its ice cream selection and customer service.
