I got another Impossible breakfast sandwich with my gift card. It's really good. The bread is toasted, not soggy. The egg and Impossible patty are hot. The cheese is melty. Really good. I appreciate this vegetarian option. Service was quick and friendly.

Around 10:15am 9/18/21 Let me just say, I've never been to this location before, I was here buying flowers to give condolences for my uncle whom had just passed away the day before. I walked up & 2 little girls were at the counter, one finally called me over & I began to give my order. I just ordered a grande iced caramel Frappuccino, with the caramel on the side. When I asked for the caramel on the side (which I always get) the lady acted like it was such a problem, and she wasn't going to do it & ROLLED HER EYES! I then said I get this all the time, I almost walked away then, then right after, the other girl saw her friends rude unnecessary reaction, chuckled telling her "aren't you glad your not going to be a manager anymore?" Reference to me asking for my caramel on the side, they started cackling, whatever. While I waited I made a phone call regarding my uncle who just passed away. I noticed it had been about ten mins and the rude unprofessional girls were still talking but not making my drink... they let me stand there & didn't even have the decency to let me know they finished the f****** drink & had been sitting on the opposite side for almost 15min! The drink was all milk no coffee btw. I hope they don't expect to get tips treating guests like that. They're just hiring anybody I guess due to the employee shortage... I think the girls name was gabby? They're literally chasing customers away with that s*** attitude! You two are at work ladies! It's a customer service job, do it with grace or find a job not dealing with people if it's so exhausting for you!

Rude service.Whenever they give you your drink they just hand it to you,you won't even get a have a good day or nothing.Its that overweight girl with the cast and I think one more who is overweight i don't wanna be rude but I don't know their names.Always in a bad mood why do these girls work here?AND THEY'RE ALWAYS OUT OF WHIP CREAM...
