The ice cream at all Baskin-Robbins locations is good and tastes pretty much the same, but this particular store is very hot, has a bad selection of ice cream pizzas and cakes, and I don’t think the employees ever acknowledged us. We just left and went to the location on Menaul and Wyoming, which had a much better selection of ice cream treats and the customer service was much better.
Not sure what’s up with the staff lately, but severely disappointed in service and the half scoops being served. Very inconsistent. Love the ice cream but will look at a different location albeit it’ll be out of the way.

The ice cream is classic Baskin-Robbins, just what you'd expect, and served at the proper temperature for creamy enjoyment.
