We decided to stop in for a quick ice cream about 20 minutes before closing. We knew exactly what we wanted so we could order quickly, take it to go, and not keep the employees there any longer than necessary.

Baskin-Robbins offers classic ice cream enjoyed at the right temperature for a creamy treat. The restaurant's interior is consistently clean, but the outside area could use some attention due to trash and spills. The customer service is praised for being welcoming and respectful, creating a good family environment. The staff, cleanliness, and atmosphere make it a pleasant place to enjoy a sweet treat.
The ice cream is consistently good, with customers enjoying flavors such as Pralines and Cream, Peppermint, Pumpkin, Caramel Cappuccino, Oreo, Nutty Coconut with Chocolate Drizzle, Cold Brew, World Class Chocolate, Gold Medal Ribbon, and Mint Chocolate Chip. The Turtle Cappuccino Blast, made with Pralines and Cream ice cream, is a customer favorite.
The staff are friendly, wearing gloves when handling customers' items. The managers at the Juan Tabo and Montgomery, and San Mateo and Comanche locations are particularly praised for their excellent service.
