Would give 0 stars if I could. This location has gone all the way down hill. I will never return. This store is DISGUSTING. Absolutely filthy! Idk how they haven’t been shut down by corporate.I was shocked to see the horrible state it’s in! Don’t go here.

The ice cream is classic Baskin-Robbins, just what you'd expect, and served at the proper temperature for creamy enjoyment. The service - well, it's often a little rough around the edges and maybe not the most welcoming, but we've never seen it be overtly hostile and I think we generally get at the very least a smile and sometimes even friendliness. The inside of the restaurant is consistently clean lately (this was not always the case, but it seems to be now), but it's not a space that makes you want to hang out.Unfortunately, whoever manages the shopping center does a pretty awful job of cleaning up outside. There are two nice little benches perfect for sitting in the sun and enjoying a cone, but there's always trash around, the sidewalk needs a scrub down because of sticky spills and the garbage can nearby is almost always overflowing. My wife commented that if she were the manager of the BR, she'd send someone out to clean up the immediate area just because that's where their customers are going to want to eat ice cream. Well, that doesn't appear to ever happen so - it's kinda gross. Weird, too: this used to be a decent area of town. Anyhow, perhaps the store manager can show this review to the property manager to get some action, because the store could be so much nicer if customers didn't have to wade through garbage to get in the door.

Wow! This location seems to have fallen off a cliff of quality product and service. Three of us arrived at 9:20 (40 minutes before closing) to be informed that they "do not make shakes at night." What?? Why is that, so you don't have to wash a blender?? We settled for scoops and it still took three employees 20 minutes to make our three cones. One made a cone then walked away to attend to lobby trash cans. She then returned straight back several minutes later to dipping cones with her bare dirty hands. Employee #2 dipped a cone then wheeled a mop bucket to lobby so he could scold my son for sitting in a chair since "after 9 the lobby is closed." Next he began mopping at the front door where the remaining 6 customers had to walk on the wet floor to exit-one at a time-and he remopped between each one exiting! Employee #3 just seemed to meander between front and back the whole time we were there and when it was finally time to ring us up, much conversation between the three of them was needed to figure out what they had begrudgingly prepared for us. The message I got was they actually close at 9 and not 10 like their sign says and they have too many customers and too much money to be bothered by us in the future. Hello corporate and/or franchise owner....is this really how you want to treat customers??

Rude staff. No one was wearing gloves. The girl who scooped my ice cream wasn’t wearing a Baskin Robins uniform. I’m honestly not sure if she was an employee! The girl was dressed in a softball uniform with fresh dirt and grass stains. - Gross!When we walked in, they told us the lobby was closed and that they were only accepting credit cards or exact cash a hour before they closed.VERY Disappointed!
Today I went in to purchase my bf a cake. When paying I asked if she can write Happy Birthday on the cake and right away the girl who rung me up said "No! I can barely even write my name" comment was much unnecessary and concerns me as to how she's even employed there if she can't even write her own name. When I asked if anyone else can simply do that for me she said "No we don't do that." Over 15 years ago I worked at Baskin Robbins my first job ever and we were trained to write on the cakes. Not sure if CA is different that NM or if Baskin Robbins has since changed their policy as to why they don't write on the cakes. Truly disappointed since I spent about $40 dollars and something so minimal can't be done.

the absolute worst service a bunch of teenagers. pulled her phone out while she has a line of people waiting for ice cream but her text messages are more important? my ice cream melted by the time we left and had already waited 30 minutes and we got with one person in line before us. never come here.

I an very disappointed in the service i got .The wepsite said they were open and same with the shop but once i arrived with my friends we were disappointed when it was not open. once it finally got open are service was trash. we asked for a banana slipt and once we got it the tip of the banana was moldy. 3 hours for a moldy banana. im enraged. seriously enraged.

The ice cream at all Baskin-Robbins locations is good and tastes pretty much the same, but this particular store is very hot, has a bad selection of ice cream pizzas and cakes, and I don’t think the employees ever acknowledged us. We just left and went to the location on Menaul and Wyoming, which had a much better selection of ice cream treats and the customer service was much better.
