Worst location i went to BR to take my kids for ice cream i got a banana royal and its the sadest thing I've seen all other locations give 2 full scoops and pile it high this location barley gave me anything for almost $10 i expect to have a big banana royal

Love BR... I go here prolly twice per month .. the ice cream freezers are broken and putting out noise at least at the 60Db level... I could not hear myself think! Plus if you're taking kids in there for more than 5 minutes, think twice, plus it has to be hazardous to the mental and physical health of their staff there! These are all young adults and it shows a lack to care for them with this issue. I am an engineer, this is serious.

This location is best in the city! Maybe even the whole state! The store is always clean the staff are so friendly and full of life. The two girls in the front and the gentleman keeping things nice and tidy! Girls keep up the great work on all you do! -Adam

Ordered a cake and Picture was warped definitely not worth over $60 and had to tell them to add my daughter’s name someone scratched it off receipt. Very sad ?

One of the workers was nice with long blonde hair. Great costumer service. Not so much the other. He was a medium short boy with dark hair. I was asking him about the flavors but he didn’t bother to listen. Probably because he had his AirPods in the whole time.

Came back here today and Matthew was wonderful! He put up with my moody bf's never ending talking and attempted recruitment into our judo program, an indecisive kid, two younger ones that got a little loud, and the bf forgetting to decide what he wants. He took our zoo in with grace and a cheerful manner, and the other two that were there (I didn't get their names) also put up with our craziness. Thank you all so much!
