First time in a long time, I finally got my "extra" unagi (eel) roll! Ichiban has a superb unagi roll! It's difficult for me find a good sushi restaurant that actually gives you enough freshwater eel. But this sushi-ya is super generous with my fave dish! I am definitely coming back for that super eel roll! My mom got the yakisoba and that was actually pretty good too! The food is good Japanese cuisine. The service and our waitress were very good and attentive. The decor is upscale Asian.Vegetarian options: Ask for vegetarian options, soba with tofu...Dietary restrictions: Non gluten.Wheelchair accessibility: There's room for wheelchairs and walkers.

Staff was great! Took awhile to get a seat, so we sat at the bar. But once we met the waitstaff and chef, it was good! Everyone was nice and accommodating. Vibe is chill. Sushi was great! Not too expensive.
