“Great chicken fried rice!“

“First time visit here ! Out server , Tim was excellent , very nice and welcoming . We had the OMG roll, Beef donburi bowl and mixed tempura ! All was delish ! We cleaned our plates 🤗. We will be back . I traveled from Bernalillo to meet my brother and his wife to celebrate their birthdays !!“

“The place was clean, but the decor and atmosphere feels like a hole in the wall restaurant. It’s pretty simple and the dining area is small. However, the service was wonderful and waiter was attentive. The sushi presentation was beautiful and menu variety is great. One item I got was the sushi dinner bento box ($22) which came with 8 nigiris (salmon, yellowtail, and tuna). The other one was the King Dragon Roll ($17.25). Both were delicious and seasoned well. The total came out to almost $50 with tip for 2 people. Which is kind of a lot compared to other places I’ve been in abq, but it’s worth a try if you’ve never been before.“

“Great Sushi and Rice Bowl in Central Ave. Japanese style. Highly recommend trying the sushi and foods this restaurant has to offer.

Must pay in advance before receiving food.

10/10 will order a rice bowl and sushi from this place again.

“We had Mona as our waitress and she was amazing, attentive and super friendly. It was super busy and she still managed to be on top of things! The food was alright, my filet was overcooked and not as tender as it usually is and our chef didn’t do the onion volcano!“

“Female staff there is excellent she works all the time as they're understaffed. Don't care for the manager as he is kinda rude and not very understanding. Teriyaki is good but I love the Chinese dumplings and egg rolls. I don't like their sweet and sour sauce so I have to pay 60 cents a piece for a very small chilli which is very good but I should be able to substitute but no per manager. I also get plenty of soy sauce and Chinese mustard which I haven't been charged for as of yet. They are hiring as are all their locations. The Female staff that works all the time is friendly courteous and deserves a raise and recognition from the owners. 4th street location.“

“Our first time here, and it was great! The Hamachi Kama was super flavorful and is enough to order as a light entree. The Uni was worth every penny. The Black Truffle Salmon was extremely unique and a total umami bomb ?! We got the Fatty Tuna Sashimi and Philadelphia roll, and they were also spectacular. The service was great and the staff was super friendly. This place is definitely worth the price, and we will definitely be back to try some more of the menu. Great for a date night or a self care treat!“

“This place is amazing. The sushi chef is an artist. His work is beautiful, and tastes great. This is by far the best sushi I have ever tasted. When I first tried them he was using purple sweet potatoes, so some of his sushi was purple. It was beautiful and tastes so good. He was also using fruit. Which was visually pleasing and also gave a unique flavor. I really wish he would continue to make sushi his way. But even if he doesn't it is still the best I have ever had. Anywhere else I have been I have had to cover my sushi in feel sauce. Not here, it is so good on it's own. All I can say is YUMM!!!.“

“Second time visiting. My five star rating is because it's so great to find a REAL sushi place in Albuquerque. If you can do good sushi in New Mexico, you get an extra star (at least!) from me. Today I visited for lunch and had a good sushi combo. Everything was fresh and tasty, and service was great. My favorite thing is that they do not overload you with rice—neither on the nigiri nor the rolls. Their eel sauce is also especially delicious. I need to come here more often. (Agree with those who say it's not worth upgrading to the "premium" fish options. I did, and didn't feel that was a thing worth paying for.)

Vegetarian options: Haven't had their veggie rolls yet, but next time. They look really good. Also nice tofu options, salad, etc. I would have no issue getting a good meal here as a vegetarian.“

“I’ve been coming here for years since 2003.. I still come here with my 9 year old daughter.. She’s loves the rice a lot with teriyaki sauce on top of her rice she calls it yummy rice.. I always get the seafood grill still so good.. The owns are so sweet and kind..

“I literally said "Wow!" when I opened up my boxes. I only ordered two rolls and gyoza so I was surprised to get 3 heavy takeout containers. Each roll is massive; I can usually eat two rolls for lunch but after 4 pieces I was so full. The sushi was beautifully presented and incredibly delicious! You can tell there is a lot of care and attention put into each piece. Pictures are the Spicy Citrus Roll and the Shrimp Tempura roll. The gyoza was crispy and light and so good as well.Absolutely wonderful place, and a very friendly couple cooking everything! Absolutely check them out when you're in this mall.“

“It was my first time trying Oni ramen for lunch. I ordered ramen noodles and beef dumplings from special menu list. I liked sitting at the bar facing busy kitchen and listening to music. It was a first winter day in Albuquerque, gloomy and rainy, - so the cosy warmth of the restaurant with rich hot ramen broth brought comfort to my soul. I will definitely come back to try regular items on the menu“

“I have loved Teriyaki Chicken Bowl since I was a kid. They are a New Mexican classic fast food. The food is consistently good and the service is great. I will say that they are not known for their atmosphere. This is a drive thru kind of place.“
