Based on the reviews, MobiyakiABQ Japanese Street Food offers delicious and excellent food with excellent customer service. The shoyu broth is rich, umami in flavor, slightly sweet, and very creamy. The chicken katsu has the perfect amount of crunch, and the curry is delicious with a little spice. Big favorites include the teriyaki chicken yakisoba, the meshi chicken with Soba noodles, and the yakisoba with tofu and the best plum sauce ever. The fried rice was spicer than imagined but the teriyaki was awesome. The rice was PERFECT. While the carrots and potatoes needed to cook a little longer, the food was a nice treat on a cold day. They have a secret menu, so be sure to open it up before ordering. The team is very kind and quick, and after a mix-up during Balloon Fiesta, they were quick to make things right. A definite crowd pleaser served fast.
