That. Was. Delicious. Serious comfort food. We tried the katsu ramen, katsu udon, and okonomiakis and they were all spot on and excellent portion sizes. The okonomiakis were fluffy and flavorful--I've tried making them myself before and they were 1000 times better than I can make. 10/10 will dine
Could not take a picture because we devoured it like a lion to a lamb. We stopped by to actually get a burger at Stackers but noticed they were open so decided to give them some love too. We ordered the Katsu Curry and the only word to use is sublime. We are from NY so we are used to high end Asian food and this truck blows all of the boujee places out of the water. Great food truck! The food was fantastic, well prepared food and served hot! The little fish shaped pancakes were a hit with my tot. We will definitely be back! Try some egg rolls they won't disappoint. On another note: I just wanted to point out too how kind the food truck owners are. I really appreciate that!
