“Found this truck outside of bow and arrow brewing one evening and OMG it is so good! First of all, portions are huge. We got the bbq plate with brisket, potato salad, coleslaw, beans, chicharones, homemade red chile potato chips, and sauces - red chile bbq and regular house bbq. Could easily feed two people for $18. Everything is fresh and tastes so good. My wife is a Cole slaw connoisseur and she says this is the best. 10/10. Special tip of the hat to chile chips. So good. What a bargain“

I’m so glad I did, the best pulled pork Mac n cheese I’ve ever had. They actually make some cheese bits crispy how I love them. I was also shocked how much I got for $12! I got the black bean burger and my husband had the green chile cheese burger and both were cooked perfectly and delicious! Added bonus are the fluffy on the inside but crispy on the outside perfectly salted fries. Yum!
