Birria Estilo Zacatecas is a fantastic lunch spot where the Quesa Birria tacos and birria quesa tacos plate are great. The birria quality is 9/10, the amount of birria and queso are 10/10, and the consume is 10/10. Rice and beans are very good, with beans w cheese scoring 9.5/10. The salsa verde is an 11/10, and salsa roja is 9/10. A strawberry-filled Churro is soft with a little crunch, with fantastic texture and flavor. The Watermelon drink is enjoyable. The food is always super hot and fresh, and service is super friendly. This cute little hole in wall place is a 10/10 recommend. However, first time ordering a bean cheese burrito was bland with a raw tortilla, and the carne asada needed spices. The onions and cilantro are put on the side, which is appreciated. The restaurant has very easily become one of the favorite restaurants.
