“First time here, but definitely not the last. Sorry for the pictures, it's a lot of food and I had already eaten 1 taco. I was very hungry too. Got 2 of the carne asada tacos and 1 chicken. The meat was so tender and juicy. The tortillas were really soft, the rice and beans were so tasty. I was not a fan of the Jicama agua, but they have horchata and sandia, so I got options, because yes, I will be back. My only complaint is that it was really cold!“

Taqueria Aztec was 11 minutes drive from us, we expected to wait like 15 minutes for our food, hut we actually got it in like 7, it was great. The carne asada meat could use some work, its very ground-beefy and lacks the consistency of actual steak bits. Other than that everything else wa a great.“

“Found this truck outside of bow and arrow brewing one evening and OMG it is so good! First of all, portions are huge. We got the bbq plate with brisket, potato salad, coleslaw, beans, chicharones, homemade red chile potato chips, and sauces - red chile bbq and regular house bbq. Could easily feed two people for $18. Everything is fresh and tastes so good. My wife is a Cole slaw connoisseur and she says this is the best. 10/10. Special tip of the hat to chile chips. So good. What a bargain“

“Classic New Mexican diner here, and the family recipe for carne adovada is as good or better than any other you will find. Served with huge, super fluffy sopapillas. This is a must experience in New Mexico. Like so many places these days, the are a bit understaffed, but service was very friendly. It seemed like everyone in the place was a regular as servers all seemed to know what every diner's "the usual" was. If you want the real New Mexican deal, this is it, and it's right next to classic route 66.“

I was recommended by someone to come here. I can’t say anything negative about my experience other than when looking at food quantity/portion/size versus what I paid…I think it’s not proportional especially since the pricing reflects what I would expect for a place that would have higher expenses had it been a building and not a food trailer. Expenses are not comparable at all. My $15 burrito was a $8.50/$10.00 at best. I’m from California and $15.00 gets you burrito’s that have weight and can barely be held to eat. It’s Albuquerque… what do I know other than Filiberto’s is a better value and taste for me.

The food is good here but just pricey for what you’re getting.
