“Overall good place, tasty tortas. They were out of a few things on the menu - they didn't have machitos Juarez style which is one of the reasons I visited. $10 for a Cubana torta which was pretty good and a good size but comes with no fries. Nice service too.“

“We've been to many of the food trucks on airport, this is the one that we keep coming back to. We've tried the sopes, taco plate, quesadilla, birria, etc. and all have been outstanding. Call and place your order in advance, the food is made fresh so it takes a few more minutes.“

“Oh my goodness. We stopped here because of all of the good reviews and it deserved that and more. The best Al Pastor tacos I have ever had, every detail was amazing; the way the tortillas were cooked (ever so slightly crispy), the tender pork, the al pastor sauce, the mix of crunchy and cooked onions. Perfect. It is also family owned and it shows in how friendly and welcoming the atmosphere is.“

“The burrito was one of the best I’ve had. The food trucks of Santa Fe are always better than the store front restaurants and that is certainly true here

“Fusion Tacos catered our daughter's graduation party. They were awesome from the beginning of when we called to book to the end when the food was served. The staff was awesome, very friendly and kind. Food was amazing, everyone who attended was very impressed. I would definately recommend Fusuon Tacos catering service, we were very pleased!“

“I used the drive thru method today and that atmosphere was a perfect 5 star :D but in all seriousness, I was starving and it was 10 am and I went to get a breakfast item, and so I chose the breakfast burrito with bacon and green chile and it was excellent. Great portion of scrambled egg, bacon and heat from the green chile and whatever tortillas they use - it is divine. The scent from the tortilla was so fresh and non-chemically - it reminded me of the old school tortillas from Old Town, San Diego, where there is a restaurant there that makes tortillas in the windows you can purchase by the dozen that are delicious plain, buttered or in burrito form.“

“It's a food trailer so if you plan on eating there your seating will be in your vehicle 😁 I love the food here especially the pupusas ‼️ order early because they get pretty busy being that everybody loves their food especially at lunch time ‼️ I suggest you call for your meal for the right timing for you 😁“
