Best food truck pupusas yet !
Every pupusa I've ever had is mostly corn with a little hint of the filling you requested. I get it, pupusas are finger food and a thick layer of maize flour is perfect for that. But this lil place, let me tell ya, that maize is as thin as it can go and it feels like there is more filling in the pupusa than there is pupusa. It makes it hard to be finger food, but this doesn't matter.
