Excelente servicio, y muy buen sabor!
I’ve been searching all of NM for a good Birra taco, and let me tell you, the search is OVER…. Hands down best I’ve had in this state, maybe even ever! Great portions, amazing flavor, no fatty meat, 10/10 only thing I wish they had was radishes on the side 😂

Based on reviews, Fusion Tacos Cottonwood offers delicious food with fresh ingredients like HUGE lime slices, cabbage, and grilled Jalapeño. Menu highlights include Birria Tacos, a birria torta, taco salad, Catrina’s Bowl, and a spinach, strawberry, pecan and chicken salad. The Horchata is a must. The service is great, with warm, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable customer service from staff like the cashier and cook. The food is absolutely delicious, high quality, and every bite is fresh and vibrant. Customers will be eating here every time they come to the mall and highly recommend it for anyone craving something delicious and satisfying.
