The Cottonwood Mall desperately needed some better options in their food court, and now they finally have it. Fusion Tacos at every location has been 10/10, but the preparation and display of the food from a mall food court spot is unexpected! The service was friendly, our food was fast, and the flavors were delicious. Absolutely thrilled to have all these locations pop up out of the blue, it’s a must try!Vegetarian options: You can swap “meat” for “rice”

We came to the mall today at around 4-4:30pm to buy a few things and decided to grab something to eat in the food court. We ended up getting something from Fusion Tacos ? because of the lovely worker at the cash register. She greeted us with a smile and urged us to try the food their today which we took her advice and we ended up loving it!
