Went here with my boyfriend today. I got a burger, he got carne asada tacos. I LOVED the cheeseburger and fries. They were shockingly good, and one of the best burger/fries combos I've had locally. My boyfriend says the tacos were "some of the best" he's ever had. He liked them enough to go out of his way to compliment the chef. Easily the best place to eat at within Cottonwood Mall!

We came to the mall today at around 4-4:30pm to buy a few things and decided to grab something to eat in the food court. We ended up getting something from Fusion Tacos ? because of the lovely worker at the cash register. She greeted us with a smile and urged us to try the food their today which we took her advice and we ended up loving it! She was soooooo nice and was also very helpful in offering recommendations on what to eat. Super professional and fast service.I would come back again to eat but also for their amazing service!!

The food is exceptional. The customer service is literally the worst I have experienced in all of Albuquerque. I placed an online order and called over 75 times to edit the order because of an allergy and they would not pick up the phone. This has happened on many occasions. The workers truly do not care or put forth any effort to attempt at pretending to be a reputable business in the service industry. It’s honestly laughable if it wasn’t so pathetic.

I ordered to go, maybe that’s why it looked different than some of the photos… some reviews call this place authentic with flavor but I can make better food at home honestly.I ordered chicken tacos and while the tacos were large, it was flavorless baked chicken that was cut up and they just threw a ton of onion and cilantro on there. The salsa had flavor but the meat was lacking so much and very dry. I ordered fries as well and they weren’t anything to brag about. Overall, it all tasted like frozen food that was dressed up and I didn’t feel it was worth it.
Disappointed that the birria ramen was flavorless ND the big kicker is thatvitvwas spaghetti noodle not ramen .... soggy .... never

Put in an order and waited 20 minutes asked if they were almost ready, they missed my order and never put it in. Rushed the food it was drenched in oil and cheese wasn’t melted. Not worth the time or money.
