Holy Cow Burger is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food, particularly the burgers, which are considered some of the best in town. The menu features specialty burgers that come with lettuce, tomatoes, and raw onions, but customers can request to have them without. The beer-battered onion rings are highly recommended and claimed to be the second best in Albuquerque. The beet salad remains a popular choice, while other dishes like the chicken pesto sandwich and cherry chicken salad have also gained praise for their amazing flavors. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but some customers have pointed out the need for more attention to cleanliness. The Fish and Chips are a standout dish, known for their crispy exterior and high-quality fish. Holy Cow Burger is considered a reliable restaurant with excellent cooking and generous servings. The milkshakes are a must-try, reminiscent of classic American diners. Overall, Holy Cow Burger is a top-tier restaurant in ABQ, known for its great food and consistent quality, making it a great place to enjoy a meal.
