I accidentally stumbled upon this food truck when I was trying to find a spot to take my lunch. I was trying not to spend money… however, I smelled it and couldn’t resist! I’m so glad I did, the best pulled pork Mac n cheese I’ve ever had. They actually make some cheese bits crispy how I love them. I was also shocked how much I got for $12! Definitely going to be back to try some other items 😋
We went to the holiday market at the Railyard’s and as I hadn’t eaten yet I had pulled pork Mac n cheese to break my fast and MAN! It’s so good! We had originally discovered Mike’s last summer and the food never disappoints.
I love to visit Mighty Mike’s and treat myself to what consider to be the best barbecue in town. If you follow him on social media, or know anything about Mike, you know he cares about quality and using the best LOCAL ingredients to provide his customers the best food you’re going to get in town.
