We had Umami Moto cater our wedding and it was a fantastic experience. They were very professional to work with before the event, arrived on time, set up quickly, were super flexible with the menu, and had great service. It was a cold night at the Rio Rancho Winterfest and the curry hit the spot. It was nice that the food truck had those coasters that buzzed when your order was ready eliminating the need to stand there waiting for your name to be called. The food was amazing and a lot healthier than the typical fried food fair. This is the kind of food truck that I would follow around just to get more.
