Really wished you placed your food truck permanently near the Kirtland AFB exchange. We're hurting for good food options and variety. I also wish you sold breakfast earlier, everyone is at work already when you sell breakfast. UnfortunateAlso, sauce on Kalua pig? No... And Kalua pork and cabbage would be nice. Stay authentic, that's what would bring customers back.
I love Kimo's Hawaiian BBQ. I have tried many things but now I always order the katsu chicken. The chicken is perfect and they serve mac salad and white sticky rice for sides. If you know Hawaiian food, you will love this place. The staff is really nice and it's decorated with a Hawaiian flare. I just need to remember to order ahead for malasadas...... yummy!!!

Pretty simple and inviting joint. I had their Katsu about 3 years ago before I moved here while out for work (yes, that's how impressionable their food was). For 2 years I've been on the hunt, and I finally found them today. Mac is incredible- creamy, tasty and fresh. The chicken and their sauces are well balanced and insanely good. Their food reminds me of my visits to Haleiwa and Kauai. Definitely a go to here in ABQ.
