I don’t know how you guys do it what I mean is this is as much of a compliment to the management at corporate as it is to the guys that work at this Blakes and every Blake I’ve been to they are so friendly and sincere with the way they treat all the customers and they make the food very consistently. Over half an hour from the time I got the confirmation to the time they made my food. Waited there half an hour before the food was ready. The place wasn’t even busy, workers just weren't working. I tried to call the store and phone is out of service. Food was good when it finally arrived. This Blake's has gone downhill. Lousy customer service.

I ordered the number 2 breakfast burrito with easy hash brown, and they overloaded.It with burnt hash browns, and my sausage tasted like it had been sitting for twelve hours under heat lamp. The green sauce was nonexistent. I'll never go back to this location. The blakes on fourth and solar is way better. They run on a skeleton crew but they get things out very swiftly and the food is always hot and fresh at that location.
