One of my favorite hidden gems!!!
I'm really impressed with this sushi restaurant. I was super hungry, so I got to try the miso soup, spider roll, yellowtail sashimi, and spicy salmon roll. The salmon was absolutely phenomenal, melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The miso soup seemed more complex and slightly thicker than your average miso. I savored every sip. Plus, the presentation was artful, with one of my plates including a lovely orchid flower. I highly recommend and will be returning as soon as I can.
