Tamashi West Reviews
We went last year for my daughter’s Birthday and loved it. The service was attentive and fun. The food was excellent we had a great time. Well it’s a year later and my daughter’s birthday again and she requested Tomashi’s again…so off we go 😁

We went last night and never again. We love this restaurant but after new management it’s awful. We got seated and then nothing else. Nobody came by nobody asked if we wanted drinks and mind you this was 45 minutes later after my daughter went to the bathroom after my husband went to the bathroom after I had said we’ve been waiting here and after everything and still nothing. We just got up and left. The thing is all the staff was just staring as they looked away.

Tamashi West offers an excellent selection of fresh sushi with generous portions of rolls and sashimi. The restaurant maintains a clean, modern atmosphere and provides great service, allowing customers to enjoy a quiet dining experience with free parking. The miso soup is praised as amazing, and the variety of sushi is wonderful, including delectable dishes like Scallop Island and Y.O.L.O Roll, as well as the popular Sex and the City roll, which is crunchy and fresh. The ingredient quality is exceptional, and the service is attentive, despite the slightly higher prices on specialty rolls. Customers have also enjoyed the flavorful tonkatsu ramen, crispy and fresh jalapeno and avocado bombs, and the generous bento box with fresh vegetables and a delicious salad dressing. The staff is friendly and helpful, even assisting with a last-minute order mix-up. The Takoyaki is highly recommended, and the sushi selection is vast, with fresh and perfectly rolled sushi. While the banana fried ice cream may not have been a standout, the overall dining experience at Tamashi West is fulfilling and worth the visit.
