It was my first time trying Oni ramen for lunch. I ordered ramen noodles and beef dumplings from special menu list.
I liked sitting at the bar facing busy kitchen and listening to music.
It was a first winter day in Albuquerque, gloomy and rainy, - so the cosy warmth of the restaurant with rich hot ramen broth brought comfort to my soul.
I will definitely come back to try regular items on the menu

Order the specials! We had the snap peas and hanger steak buns off the specials menu and they were phenomenal, mint limeade was addicting and the shoyu ramen was delish. Pecan broth ramen was just ok, braised tofu was good but the broth just wasn’t as umami as the shoyu. The snap peas need to be added to the main menu though, so good!
