I ate my beef bulgogio sandwich so fast that I forgot to take a picture, but trust me when I say it looked amazing too. Definitely stop and eat here if you have the chance!“
“Visiting NM for a few days and found this gem. Great food and great people that work there. I ended up not liking the glass noodles (wanted to try them because I've never tasted them before) and she gave me extra rice for free. My chicken was a bit dry, not sure why, but it has good sauce. Also, you get little kimchis with your meals that are delicious. ?“
“Excellent sushi. Some of the best sushi I've had in Albuquerque. Highly recommend Sushibucks. Also has a few parking spaces next to the restaurant. It's pretty easy parking in the evenings. (Parking would be difficult during the day when UNM is in session, I suspect.).“

We had the mussels for an appetizer and they were some of the best mussels I have ever had truly delicious. “My mom and I always ask to split the Jjamppong (Korean seafood noodle soup) and jajangmyeon (Korean black bean noodles) into two to share, with the Korean seafood pancake. One of our favorite spots in town. Very good service and relaxing atmosphere.“
“First time in a long time, I finally got my "extra" unagi (eel) roll! Ichiban has a superb unagi roll! It's difficult for me find a good sushi restaurant that actually gives you enough freshwater eel. But this sushi-ya is super generous with my fave dish! I am definitely coming back for that super eel roll! My mom got the yakisoba and that was actually pretty good too! The noodles were a bit too soft/overcooked but the entire dish was deliciously seasoned, with veggies perfectly al dented! 10/10 will return!!“
“Large portions of delicious food! The wait was longer than a takeout but we'll worth it. My wife and I shared a sushi roll and had to take most of the food home as leftovers because there was so much! The people are friendly and attentive. Definitely recommended.“

“My partner and I tried this place to end a long day before heading back to Santa Fe and boy, it made it all worth it! These were delicious and just made us wanna come back very soon.
