“I love this place. The service is impeccable and the food is delicious!! My steamed shrimp dumplings were the best 🙌🙌 We also ordered the braised spicy beef soup and it was the perfect spice, not too hot at all.

“구글에서 검색을 하면, 식당 카테고리에는 ‘Chinese Restaurant’로 분류 되어 있지만 실상은 한국, 일본, 중국음식의 장점이 잘 녹아있는 식당입니다. 기본 베이스는 중식으로 되어 있지만, 미국내에서 파는 일반 가정식 식당과는 달리 덜 짜고, 기름기가 절제되어 있습니다. 역겨울 수 있는 향신료 냄새도 덜 납니다.(이 부분은 개인적 취향입니다.) 가장큰 장점은 질좋은 재료를 사용했지만 가격이 저렴하다는 것입니다. 한국 특산물인 김치를 오리지널로 맛 볼 수 있습니다.“

“Same evening reservation through Open Table, and we were very pleased with our choice at Alkemē! Excellent 5 course tasting menu: we had the Land and the Streams & Sea options. So flavorful, pleasing to the eye, and unique. The cocktails and mocktails were perfect also. Kudos to Chef Hue-Chan!“
