This is a world class dining experience, and you can taste the effort that goes into everything prepared here. Bien Shur is sophisticated and indulgent. The wine list is briefer than most fine dining establishments, but it's curated in a way that it doesn't matter much. The executive chef, Dennis is amazing! Therefore every item on the menu was carefully cultivated for the best food experience. Meat and fish cooked exactly the way you want. The views from the top made you feel a part of nature. And the service was perfection.
One of the best dining experiences, if not the best I have ever had. We had an early dinner New Year’s Eve night and it was very memorable. Chef Denis came by the table to say hi and was amazing. Anthony was a great server and very attentive and helpful.
