I recently visited Birrieria y Tacos de Alex Tijuana Style and was blown away by the authentic flavors and cozy atmosphere. The birria was rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced, and the tacos were simply divine. The attention to detail and commitment to quality ingredients truly shine through in every dish. I highly recommend this gem to anyone craving an authentic taste of birria tacos in ABQ or NM. (went there yesterday, 10-11-25)
Tried the birria breakfast burrito.It wasn't too tasty it was pretty dry. A side of consume should come with this burrito,it would make it juicy and tastier. The wait for one burrito was ridiculous,and pricy!!!
We ordered the number 2 and number 5 and everything was great….but the tapatío birria ramen is *chefs kiss* everything i ever could want in delicious comfort food. My kids got churros with their order and had never had them with custard inside. Needless to say…we are now fans.
