Sadie's of New Mexico Reviews
I can't say enough about the service! Jerome the manager was hands on throughout our visit. The food was hot, delicious and fresh. The margaritas were refreshing. So accommodating! Highly recommend!
Visited Sadie’s on Fourth Street on November 16, 2024. We live in Oklahoma but come to Albuquerque/SF annually to eat Mexican food. Sadie’s is a favorite. Had the best waiter ever. I believe his name was Jerry - he was wearing a hoodie. He’s the best waiter we’ve had in a long while. Combination Plate lunch special was the best.
I was in town visiting family, and we wanted to gather a group of 25 for dinner. Quite frankly, Sadie’s of New Mexico exceeded our already high expectations. Although the restaurant was packed, the team worked with us the week before to accommodate our large party. From the moment we arrived, they provided such warm and attentive hospitality that we felt as though we were their only guests that evening.

Sadie's of New Mexico is a popular spot for traditional and delicious New Mexican food. The restaurant is busy but worth the wait, with attentive and friendly service. The New Mexico fire sauces and salsas are a highlight, making the dishes bold and flavorful. Many customers enjoy the crispy and juicy chicken fried steak, and some appreciate the green chile and red chili in their meals. Others mention the tamales Christmas style and the Cali burrito, which is covered in red chili and avocado sauce. The staff, including helpful servers like Kayla, make the dining experience special, even when the restaurant is crowded. Visitors also look forward to trying unique drinks like the prickly pear margarita. Overall, Sadie's offers a great taste of authentic New Mexican cuisine in a lively atmosphere.
